I live in a country with a different sizing system. How do I know what size I need?

Next to the article description you can find the corresponding measures in centimeters for every size. In groups where you can find only sizes 12, 14, 40, 42, know that they correspond to size small, medium, large and extra-large. We also offer tailor-made service.

None of your sizes correspond to my measures, could l have it made-to-measure ?

We will try to alter the best we can the dress or skirt to your order, but if you want a more specific item you can send us an email with your measurements so we can create the model that suits you best. Measurements must be sent in centimeters. Prices for custom-made items will be increased by 30% of their base price.

Do I have to pay taxes to buy in Flamencoexport?

Normally taxes are set on importation as a measure to protect the inner market. Therefore we strongly recommend you to previously inform yourself at the customs about the taxes on merchandise purchased in Spain. (As in certain cases the taxes can reach more than hundred percent of the value of the merchandise).

If I ask for several products of the same color, is there a difference of shade?

Different materials are not always the exact same color, for example a maroon blouse and a maroon skirt will probably have a different shade even if its very similar. The same will happen with the shade of the fans, bracelets, etc.

How do I know what video system do I have to ask for?

The international video systems are NTSC and PAL. Make sure you have the appropriate system.

Do I have to purchase a minimum quantity of items?

No, you don't. There isn't any specification in that sense, you can buy as much or as low as you want. However, remember that the shipping cost has a minimum weight of 500 grams which would increase considerably the price of your purchase if you only buy only one piece.

I live in a place where a conventional transport agency can not enter

FlamencoExport sends its products to absolutely everywhere in the world, except to P.O. Box, due to the fact that the transport company has to check with the person and does not deliver to those adresses.

Will you be able to send an order to a P.O. box?

The transport agency always has to bring the package to the identified person, that is why there is no way of sending a package to a P.O.Box.

I would like to receive the purchase through another transport agency different than yours

We can send you the merchandise the way you want, but by not having any price agreement with other agencies, the buyer will have to assume the difference of price.

 

Do you only accept orders by internet?

In addition to our website you can place your order by fax (+34) 91 547 56 13. Remember that we will always send you the answer the way you did. And don't forget to put on top of the page your full name, street, city, postal code, state, country and phone number. Also, you should add as many details as you can about the description of the articles and quantities you want.

Estimate

Any order you make in our webpage doesn't have a definitive character until you confirm it, meaning that you can do your own estimation, including the shipping costs, without placing an order.
 

I want to know the price of the shipping cost to be able to decide about my order

To calculate the shipping cost, (it depends on the package weight and size, but also the country), place the order and once it is in the shopping cart, on the right you will see "Shipping costs estimate". Click there and select the country that is going to receive the package. Once chosen, you will be able to see, at the bottom of your order summary, the different shipment ways with the prices.

How long does it take to send a order ?

The parcel preparation time is written in the description of each product. It starts from the reception of the payment and is on business days. The shipping time starts from the departure of the parcel from the store.

 

For Europe, by express delivery, the shipping usually takes around 1 or 2 business days. By regular agency, it can take up to 4 business days (these periods depend as well on your zip code).  Likewise, FlamencoExport is not responsible for the shipping by post. We will notify you when we will ship the parcel but we can not confirm you the delivery time.


For the rest of the world, it could take about two days in customs for transit, and the total duration will be 5 days except for Asia (approximately 6 days).

 

These periods are always approximate. Keep always in mind that the customer is entirely responsible for the shipping of the goods.

Types of exchange rate

We use the Euro and all our prices are fixed in that currency. Any transfer or money order will always have to be in Euros, in order for us to receive the exact amount of the purchase.
 

What should I do if once I've ordered something I want to modify or cancel it?

We start to prepare your order as soon as we receive it. That's why if you want to modify or cancel your order, you must contact us as soon as possible by e-mail: flamencoexport@flamencoexport.com
 

Return/Exchange policy

Any serial manufactured product can be returned or exchanged (except music, films, sales, manila shawls, bridal products, costumes or party items). Goods should be returned in the state in which they were purchased in the original packaging and in perfect conditions. If you have ordered a product made according to your measurements or specially for you, we do not offer the possibility to return or exchange it. You have 7 days from the delivery date. Please send us the products back by mail, without declaring any value, to:

Please send us an e-mail to inform us about a return/exchange. In case of an exchange, please also include a note with the wanted product. As soon as we receive your package we will contact you for the new shipment payment.

How to send goods back?

To return any articles you can write an e-mail to flamencoexport@flamencoexport.com or call 00 34 915 427 251. In order to carry on with the process of devolution our company has to approve it first, so you have 7 days to inform us via e-mail or over the phone why the goods you received didn’t fulfill your expectations. In case any of the products were sent in an individual box, please return them with the same packaging they were originally delivered in. Also, you'll need to add a note inside the box with your order number and the reason of the return.

Money refund

Once the items are received and their condition is checked, we will reimburse your money after deducting the amount needed for transport charges. If you did not use any credit card, we will deduce the bank fixed charges and the shipping cost.

I want to know if you have special prices for wholesalers or shops.

If you are a wholesaler you will have to contact us through email and answer our wholesaler's form. The orders for wholesalers will always have a character of minimum quantity that depends of each article.
 

About our products

Most of the materials from which our products are manufactured are susceptible of sustaining some changes in expansion due to atmospheric pressure, humidity, temperature. For this reason, the measurements we provide as standard can vary from some millimeters for rigid materials to some centimeters for malleable products such as fabrics, leather, felt, etc.

How are calculated the shipping costs?

The delivery agencies consider 3 different factors to get the final price of your shipment:

1) The destination country 
2) The weight of the box 
3) The size of the box

Customs and import duties

European and overseas customers will be responsible for paying customs and/or import duty. Our delivery charges do not include any expenses for customs duty and/or VAT. FlamencoExport.com is not responsible for any additional charges, these expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
