Michelle Obama and her daughter Sasha are visiting Spain for a few days. Even is this is a private trip the authorities wanted to give a little something to these very special visitors: a hand painted fan, a Spanish veil and the possibility to have a flamenco class. These are some of the gifts of the authorities from Malaga to the first lady of the United States of America, Michelle Obama, and her daughter during their visit on the Golden Cost in Spain.

The town council of Malaga, Marbella, will also give to the first lady, Michelle Obama, the work of the French artist Muriel Moreau, who received the National Award for the best Gravure in 2009 with her work "Arbol", and the book "Cronicas de Marbella" gathering the story of the city.

The hotel is situated in Estepona. Michelle Obama and her daughter will also have the privilege to have a private guide to visit all the museums and the Corominas megalithic collection. The mayor of Malaga also wanted to thank Michelle Obama for her visit and sent her a catalogue gathering together the illustrated books collection of the Picasso Foundation, including 43 of the 156 titles of the Malaga painter.

The start of this collection has been possible thanks to Christine Ruiz-Picasso, the artist's daughter-in-law, who have donated a dozen of volumes in 1992 and before that, thanks to Marina Picasso, granddaughter of the creator.We really hope having the opportunity to receive the whole Obama family pretty soon in Spain.
