Mother of Pearl Comb - ref. N129

Handmade carved comb, made of cellulose acetate. It has a look similar to mother of pearl. 
Measurements: 19 cm wide x 15cm high (including tooth 7cm)

The material used to make the comb is cellulose acetate. The acetate allows great flexibility and deformity without fracturing as easily as plastic. Its composition gives the comb a special shine and it's a spectacular imitation of mother-of-pearl.
